Carlos Hinolan | CEO & President

Caloy is a veteran of the music and radio broadcast industry. He started as Club DJ at 17 yrs old, at 23 he became a rating Morning Show Radio DJ, at 25 was already a Music Program Director, graduated to Station Manager and then eventually worked as Network Creative Director and Voiceover Artist. Caloy is one of Asia’s top voiceover artists and is the signature voice for top brands.

He is passionate about technology and software specifically towards open-source, does audio and video systems integration and is a radio automation whiz.

Caloy is a corporate athlete, proof of him being a multiple Ironman 70.3 Finisher. He now funnels all his energies into Retail Media marketing and technology through audioWAV and its expansion to every available application imaginable. His business, marketing, sales, creative and technical skills gained through years in the industry have resulted into audioWAV being established as the leading provider of branded sonic solutions in the Asia-Pacific region. His direction: to make a huge positive impact in the Global Retail Media industry.

Lanie Sicangco-Hinolan Vice President for Human Resources & Administration

Lanie Sicangco-Hinolan, VP for Human Resources & Admin As VP for HR and Administration, Lanie’s role is a mixture of admin and HR, also known as human resources and personnel. The proportions of each has varied according to audioWAV, her own department and her own background and talents. Lanie has provided excellent leadership and coordination of audioWAV’s resource functions. She has also developed and implemented tons of corporate Human Resource strategy and programs within the group.

During the weekends, This VP transforms into a super mom and wife to her family. Try asking anyone who knows her.

Alma Jadie Vice President for Finance & Operations

Alma Jadie, VP for Finance & Operations Alma is audioWAV’s scholar-in-residence and brings to the global team her passion for organization and her brilliance in accounting and finance. She has considerable experience having worked for one of the biggest radio networks in the country for 22 years. Alma brings additional leadership to the group, gently prods discipline at work, and contributes greatly to a more efficient support and operational structure.

Beyond that, she is a caring mother, a dedicated wife, an effective teacher, and a worthy friend.

Benny Hinolan Assistant Vice President for Operations

Benny Hinolan, Business Unit Director Benny is a sniper – he makes his business proposals count and audioWAV’s new media services are his weapons of choice. Armed with tons of experience as a veteran radio man from major networks such as SBN and Quest and as a marketing and sales guy for some other reputable companies, Benny incessantly scouts for new business potentials and consistently adds more clients to audioWAV. His expertise on the installation of efficient sound systems is also a major contribution to the company.

During his spare time, Benny takes nightly road runs to stay in shape and remain competitive in and out the office.

Jj Sison International Business Unit Director

Jj Sison, International Business Unit Director JJ is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to instore radio. As one of the pioneering figures in audioWAV, he has successfully handled major instore radio subscription accounts and has proved to be a moving force behind audioWAV’s rapid growth in recent years.

JJ is indeed a total package: a savvy marketing expert, an experienced event and radio/TV commercial voice talent and a confident Retail Media specialist. He spends his free time playing competitive Ultimate Frisbee.
